In 2018, we worked with Teach For America in developing training for minority students and specifically immigrant students. This has led to an increase in awareness in teachers.
In this project, we looked at, analyzed, and wrote about the experiences of Black undocumented immigrants, the most unheard population of immigrants in America.
We are currently working on a project with the UndocuBlack Network to research mental wellness resources in one of the most vulnerable communities. This research is set to be published in 2019.
